Allied Reliability Group IR/MCA Analyst with Allied Reliability Group in Tupelo, Mississippi

Allied Reliability Group, a leader in Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Engineering services, we are currently seeking candidates for an IR/MCA Analyst. This is a full-time position and will be responsible for supporting the Predictive Maintenance programs at a client location in Tupelo, Mississippi. This position will also provide client support at a facility in Clarksdale, Mississippi requiring routine travel not to exceed one week per month.

  • Scheduling and collection of all predictive maintenance data, analysis, and technical reporting.

  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date predictive maintenance databases.

  • Responsible for providing communication between the company and any employees that are under their mentoring.

  • Coordinates activities and schedules work as necessary as well as prepares the necessary technical reports and required audits.

  • Accountable for the overall safety of the work environment, including ensuring compliance with company, client, OSHA, and all other applicable standards.

  • Performs and oversees specific projects and programs as assigned.

  • Expected to be a technical resource to the client and employees in the troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment.

  • Minimum Level II Infrared Thermography Certification is required, Level III Certification in Infrared Thermography is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) online/offline testing experience.

  • Minimum Level II or III Certification in Ultrasound Testing preferred.

  • Working knowledge of other condition monitoring technologies including vibration and oil analysisand their integration would be preferred.

  • Working knowledge of routine and advanced data acquisition techniques.

  • Leadership experience and abilities.
